Experience Description

90-120 Minute Culinary Experience Includes: *Unlimited Soda , Tea & Complimentary Dessert Appetizer (Select 2) 1. Hearty Salad: Arugula & Spinach, Sweet Potato, Sunflower Seeds, Green Onion, Granny Smith Apple, Craisins, Butter Toffee Pecans, Quinoa, Radish, Balsamic Dressing 2. Classic Caesar Salad 3. Loaded Charcuterie Cups Variety of pasteurized meat, cheese, jam, fruit, herbs, veggies & more 4. Mediterranean Hummus w/ Grilled Naan Bread. Hummus loaded with parsley, cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, spices & more Main Course (Select 1) 1. Chicken Piccata w/ Linguine Pasta (capers, spinach, lemon juice, butter, stock & heavy cream) 2. Blackened Wild Caught Seared Salmon, Peruvian Chicken or Chimichurri Seared Steak (select 1) w/ Red Skin Garlic & Thyme Roasted Mashed Potatoes & Slaw Salad 3. Loaded Baja Street Tacos with Mango Salsa (*select chicken, shrimp, salmon or steak) served with Black Bean & Cilantro Stew over Rice Class Recipes are included during the experience & pictures can be taken to save for later. Please note, that this class includes some pre-prepared food items such as 'cooked pasta' or '1-hour roasted garlic', etc.... Please arrive on time and note that all experiences conclude on time to give our staff time to clean and/or prepare for the next event. Doors open 30 minutes prior to your start time if you'd wish to set up any gifts or additional beverages. ​Bookings are required to be Paid in Full for each participant to secure date. Wacker Drive, 10th Floor Chicago, IL 60606   Mon.-Fri.: After 4:30pm Sat.: 10am-4pm 16 person max for Hands-on Experience Hosting at Your Location: No Maximum Number of Participants as long as your space provides tables, chairs and can comfortably accommodate the Experience. A flat rate of *$275 Off-Site & Travel Fee will be invoiced separate to the Host. *this fee covers up to 20 participants. For every 15 additional participants a fee of $150 will be added. Mon.-Fri. 10am-7pm Sat.: 10am-4pm

Cancellation Policy

All Sales for Experiences are Final. If for any reason you may need to Cancel your Experience, it must be made in writing by emailing info@boxedexpressions.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled Experience. Re-bookings must be made within 6 months and reach the minimum number of attendees according to that Experience.
