Experience Description
Experience is 60-90 minutes. Participants will learn how to curate America's favorite and most popular Gourmet Treat: Charcuterie Boards! Create Unique & Mouthwatering Masterpieces using a variety of Gourmet Cheese, Exotic Fruit, Florals & More! Your chef will demonstrate how to make roses from cured meat, fun shapes using cutters & more! This class is B.Y.O.B. & private kitchen rental is included in the per person rate. ​ This Experience is Perfect for: *Birthday Parties *Anniversary Parties *Friend Gatherings *Monthly Team Building Fun *Sales Meeting Break *National Conference Event *Fun With Colleagues *Client Appreciation & More We'll provide everything...& we do mean everything! And don't worry, experience is not required. The experience includes fun trivia, historical and cultural context for a chance to win prizes. Ingredients for this activity will be labeled and displayed in a self-service style for each guest to select their favorite fruit, cheese, meat, garnish, sauces, herbs, vegetables and more! Each Attendee Will Receive: *Classic Charcuterie Board Plate *Cutting Board *Blueprint Chart *Utensils ​ Please arrive on time and note that all experiences conclude on time to give our staff time to clean and/or prepare for the next event. Doors open 30 minutes prior to your start time if you'd wish to set up any gifts or additional beverages. Bookings are required to be Paid in Full for each participant when securing event date. A minimum of 8 attendees must participate. Please click 'Book Now' below & at Checkout select the number of people in your party. Hosting at Our Location: The Loop, Civic Opera House 20 N. Wacker Drive, 10th Floor Chicago, IL 60606  Mon.-Fri.: After 5:00pm Sat.: 10am-4pm 16 person max for Hands-on Experience Hosting at Your Location: Anytime of the day. No Maximum Number of Participants as long as your space provides tables, chairs and can comfortably accommodate the Experience. A flat rate of *$275 Off-Site & Travel Fee will be invoiced separate to the Host. *this fee covers up to 20 participants. For every 15 additional participants a fee of $150 will be added.

Cancellation Policy
All Sales for Experiences are Final. If for any reason you may need to Cancel your Experience, it must be made in writing by emailing info@boxedexpressions.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled Experience. Re-bookings must be made within 6 months and reach the minimum number of attendees according to that Experience.
